When Service Counts

VR Concrete was established in 1993 and is owned by Vincent Roscillo, Jr. and Michelle Roscillo.  Since that time, VR Concrete has had phenomenal growth.  Our relationship with our customers and employees has enabled us to build a solid reputation for providing quality, value, safety and integrity on every project.  Since we were established, we have never failed to complete a contract.

VR Concrete is a mid-sized commercial concrete contractor, specializing in heavy industrial concrete construction.  Our areas of expertise focus on Federal and State facilities, water and waste water treatment facilities, bridge construction, parking structures, large footprint retail spaces, retaining walls and flatwork.  Our company performs work throughout New England.

VR Concrete also works with companies to provide design build services.  When timely completion and project budgets are the primary concern, VR Concrete has helped clients meet their budgetary constraints and enabled them to proceed with their projects.

Our company maintains a large work force of well trained employees and has a large inventory of equipment that is in new to excellent condition.

VR Concrete is a Certified Small Business and a Certified Hub Zone Company.  We have a substantial bonding capacity to meet the needs of nearly any concrete project.  We understand what it takes and are able to provide the  manpower and know-how to deliver your project in a timely manner.  We consistently meet or beat the “fast track” schedules that are required in today’s construction market.
